DAANI is managed by Humanity Welfare Council, a section 8 company and our platform is free and we do not charge in any form. Payment gateway charges and bank charges are applicable and may vary as per banks. All the contributions made to DAANI are tax exempted under Section 80G of the IT Act (ITBA/EXM/S/80G/2019-20/1025882017(1)). DAANI is accountable and will be responsible for the commitments made through the platform. All the causes supported by DAANI goes through a tough verification process to ensure the proper funds utilisation and focus on the benefit of humanity as a whole. Humanity Welfare Council holds complete rights of DAANI and all the activities under DAANI.
